AdvanceHE and HEA Fellowships

AdvanceHE and HEA Fellowships

AdvanceHE provides worldwide formal recognition of professional practice in higher education teaching and learning support. It awards Fellowships to academics, university educators, and higher education and learning support professionals.

An Advance HE (AHEA) Fellowship demonstrates your commitment to effective teaching and learning support, both in your discipline and in higher education. AHEA Fellowships are internationally recognised, portable and ongoing. Professional learning support staff can also apply. AHEA Fellows are entitled to use a post-nominal: AFHEA / FHEA / SFHEA / PFHEA.

Advance HE Fellowship is included in the criteria for academic promotion at Macquarie University.
