At Macquarie, we mainly use two form software platforms. The design for these forms is more or less preset, however changes can be made based on the requirements of the form and the location of where it sits.

Formstack is a platform that is managed by IT, and is available for all staff to gain access to. This software is used for more "one-off" type requests such as contact forms that don't require lead generation. The styling for these forms remain consistent via the theme in the Formstack software.
