Staff member may request Cabcharge eTickets from cashiers office at below address anytime between 9:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Appointment is not required.

Please complete Cabcharge request form and have it signed off by staff with appropriate delegation.
- A maximum of 25 tickets can be issued at a time
- Staff ID card will be sighted at the time of picking up Cabcharge
- A third party (staff) may pick up Cabcharge tickets as authorised by staff approving Cabcharge request. Photocopy of approver's staff ID will need to be handed out to Cashier's office at the time of Cabcharge ticket collection. Third party's staff ID will also be sighted at the time of collection
