Central Stores are located off Campus and can assist you with the following:

Where are Central Stores located?

Stores are located at:

Dock 2
Warehouse C
68-72 Waterloo Road
Macquarie Park NSW 2113

  1. Enter via Waterloo Road, head west and do not take the first entrance at the Khartoum Road roundabout
  2. Continue west towards the campus and Macquarie Shopping Centre for another 30 metres
  3. Take the driveway entrance just past the bus shelter on the left
  4. Continue on towards the boom gate and pres the MAC UNI button to gain entrance
  5. Proceed to the rear of the building, we are the last dock on the left

What are the hours of operation?

8.00am to 4.00pm

Receiving deliveries from suppliers: 8am to 3.30pm
Delivering goods to Campus: 8.30am to 3.30pm

Do we have a forklift?

Yes, it can lift up to 1,000kg or 1 tonne and it has reach but no side shift

How can I store something at Central Stores?

Call or email Central Stores with the following supply information:

  1. Quantity of goods
  2. Size of goods
  3. Weight of goods
  4. Number of pallets
  5. Purchase Order Number
  6. Length of time the storage is required
  7. Status of goods eg. dangerous or sensitive

If we have the space available we will oblige

I have placed an order, where is my delivery?

Your delivery should find you the next or same day after it has been received by Central Stores.

If you are making an inquiry about a delivery that you have not yet received, please provide us with the following information:

  1. Purchase Order number
  2. Name of Vendor/Supplier
  3. Description of goods
  4. Name of the end user
  5. Proposed date of delivery
  6. Proof of delivery from the supplier (copy of signature from Central Stores personnel, if available)
  7. Your contact details (both email and telephone number)
  8. Any additional information that may assist the team in locating your goods

I need something collected from Campus - what do I need to do?

Generally, we only deliver to Campus. We can collect from Campus, however, we need the following information first:

  1. Quantity of goods - if it is a large quantity of goods we may need additional assistance
  2. Size of goods - it is oversized? Will it fit into out van or do we use our small truck?
  3. Weight of goods - is it heavy? Can it be hand loaded? Will a forklift need to be booked?
  4. Number of pallets
  5. Purchase Order Number
  6. Length of time the storage is required
  7. Status of goods eg. dangerous or sensitive
  8. Will the goods need to be stored at Central Stores? If so,please complete the information from question 5 (How can I store something at Central Stores?)
  9. Is a courier coming to collect it from Central Stores? If so, we will require a label and consignment note to be affixed to the items. All items will need to be labelled.

Can you complete a stocktake for me?

We complete a stocktake twice a year in July and January

If you require a stocktake on your goods we will require one weeks notice via email as we complete the stocktake by checking our records on file and completing a count in the warehouse. We will also need details of the stock in question.
