Supervision Enhancement Program
The Supervision Enhancement Program is designed to help Supervisors understand HDR supervision as an extension of teaching. The program draws on best practice in learning, teaching, supervising and researching to help you become a better supervisor and researcher.
The program has two components: an orientation program and HDR Supervision Fellowship Program.
The Orientation Program is mandatory and designed to introduce supervisors to Macquarie's approach to supervisory practices. (Validation lasts for four years).
The Fellowship Program is voluntary and aligned to the MQ academic promotion pathway.
If you have any questions, please email HDR supervision enhancement.
