ARC Industrial Transformation Training Centres
The Industrial Transformation Training Centres scheme fosters close partnerships between university-based researchers and other researchers. Training Centres deliver innovative Higher Degree by Research (HDR) and postdoctoral training. The focus is on creating end-user research capability that is vital to Australia's future through developing solutions relevant to the Industrial Transformation Priorities.
The Industrial Transformation Priorities are priority research areas identified by the ARC which will be updated from round to round. In the priorities are:
The objectives of the Industrial Transformation Training Centres scheme are to:
The Industrial Transformation Training Centre scheme provides project funding of a minimum of $650,000 per year for the first three years and $150,000 in the fourth year. There is no minimum in the fifth year. The maximum level of funding is $1 million per year per project for each year of the project.

Changes to Eligibility for DVCR Co-Funding
Eligibility for the DVCR Co-Funding Scheme is now contingent upon on-time submission of grant applications by the compliance and eligibility check date. Many applications for external funding require cash and in-kind contributions from the host institution in order to be considered for funding. In most cases, researchers request cash contributions, such as project support funds, funding for research associates, scholarships and major equipment, from the DVCR via the DVCR Co-Funding Scheme to support their external funding applications. To be eligible to request this DVCR Co-Funding, grant applications must be submitted internally, via Pure, by the compliance and eligibility check date.
