‘I joined Weight Loss Warriors when a friend told me how great it was and it had been six months since I had been to the gym and I needed some motivation and guidance to get back into it. I have being a regular gym goer for a few years; however, I was getting way way better results from the Weight Loss Warriors program. This program was different from other programs I’ve done because the trainer’s enthusiasm, guidance and the variety of fitness sessions really seemed to work for me. Having someone train me just makes it easier. It takes the thinking out of it. Also I really enjoyed the encouragement and support I got from the rest of the group, and as an added bonus I have made more friends........ Yay! I felt stronger, fitter and overall more confident. I could see that I have not only lost weight but I am more toned than I have ever been! I would and already have recommended Weight Loss Warriors to my friends!’
