1. Download and run the FSE IT Remote Support software (TeamViewer):

2. A FSE IT person will now be able to connect to your screen

This tool allows a FSE IT support person to remote control your computer (with your permission). For example:

  • You’re having trouble printing,
  • Your network drive mapping doesn’t work,
  • The application you were using has disappeared,
  • You need to show us an error message or warning,
  • Need a licence update or software install.
