Important Dates

Please note that because of the very high volume of requests there are deadlines for Echo360 lecture recording bookings.

• We cannot guarantee the recording of lectures unless bookings are received at least 6 weeks prior to the start of semester.
• Lecture recordings are deleted every semester. We send an email to Unit Convenors at the end of each exam period, inviting them to make a request by a certain date if they would like the recordings to be kept available.
• Lectern training sessions generally occur in the last 3 days of semester breaks. See the Lecture Recordings page for dates when they are announced.
