Learning and Teaching Grant schemes are designed to enhance the quality of teaching and the student experience of learning. They are also designed to facilitate innovation, collaboration and to disseminate good practice.

Macquarie's Learning and Teaching Grants are funded to encourage change and academic staff engagement with directions set in the University Academic Plan. They also are modelled on national schemes to allow staff to pilot their ideas for national grant applications.
