Creating a Requisition (PDF 1.1MB)
This user guide assists Recruiting Managers in the process of creating a requisition from the time a position becomes vacant until the time the job advertisement is posted. It explains how to complete the online Requisition Form, including the:
- setting up of collaborators (selection panel members) and requisition approvers
- completing the Job Description for candidates to view
- selecting advertising channels
- setting up of pre-screening questions for selection criteria to be answered by the candidates.
Managing Candidates and Preparing an Offer of Employment (PDF 2.21MB)
This user guide assists Recruiting Managers in the process of managing candidates from the time the job advertisement is posted until the time the position is filled. It covers:
- how to view candidate job submissions and CVs
- moving candidates through the steps in the Candidate Selection Workflow
- sending emails to unsuccessful candidates.
There is also instruction provided in uploading the Selection Committee Report and reference checks, and completion of the Offer Form which forms the basis of a letter of offer sent by Recruitment Advisors to the successful first-ranked candidate.
