Enterprise agreements
The Enterprise Agreement (EA) is an agreement between the University and staff about terms and conditions of employment. There are two agreements, specifically tailored to the needs of either academic or professional staff.
The EAs cover a broad range of matters such as:
- rates of pay
- employment conditions
- consultative mechanisms
- dispute resolution procedures
