Reserve and e-Reserve for Academic Staff
Closing date for Reserve, e-Reserve & 7 Day Loan items Session 1, 2012: MONDAY, 23RD JANUARY, 2012
Reading lists received after this date may not be processed by the beginning of the Session.
Remember, essential items can be placed on:
- Reserve (3 hour loan area of the Library for essential and high demand items)
- e-Reserve (This is the University's designated repository for online journal articles and book chapters. e-Reserve also provides access to past exam papers, and, optionally, reading lists, unit outlines, lecture & tutorial materials, if required.)
- 7 Day Loan (Important or recommended items that need a restricted borrowing period. 7 Day Loan items can be found on the main library shelves)
Reading Lists
Email your list or unit outline as a 'Word' file (.doc or .docx) to: lib.reserve@mq.edu.au
Lists should show correct bibliographical information and be arranged in week order with annotations as follows:
- Essential material to be placed in Reserve or e-Reserve - annotate with double asterisks (**)
- Important material to be placed on 7 Day Loan - annotate with a single asterisk (*)
If a reading list is not annotated, we assume that nothing is required for Reserve, e-Reserve or 7 Day Loan.
Unit Notes, Lecture and Tutorial Materials etc.
